Safety & Trust Policy

Verification, OTP, privacy and safety controls used across Sevastu services.

1. Verified participation

Customers, professionals, collectors, diagnostics centres, hospitals and safety personnel may be required to submit identity, qualification, registration or licence documents. Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee future conduct.

2. Booking-linked access

Contact, address and navigation details are shown according to role and booking stage. Assigned parties must use this information only to fulfil the booking and must not retain, photograph or share private patient information unnecessarily.

3. OTP checkpoints

Booking-specific OTPs may confirm service start and completion, sample collection, cash handover or safety duty. Share an OTP only at the matching physical stage with the assigned person shown in the app.

4. Female-professional safety

An eligible nursing visit may receive a verified safety escort. The escort’s role is to observe access, support safe arrival and departure and respond to a safety alert. The escort does not provide medical care and should remain in the assigned waiting or observation area.

5. Diagnostics safety

Customers should check the assigned collector and collection status before handing over a sample. Collectors must follow centre-issued sample instructions, protect labels and privacy and deliver the sample to the stated diagnostics centre.

6. Hospital appointments

Tokens and live queue updates help reduce uncertainty but do not guarantee an exact consultation time. Hospitals retain responsibility for their premises, clinical procedures, staff and emergency response.

7. Cash, medicines and fraud prevention

Use only the payment and cash-confirmation method displayed in the booking. Do not share banking credentials. Medicine bills and approved reimbursement records must reflect actual purchases.

8. Emergency action

Sevastu support and safety monitoring are not substitutes for police, ambulance or emergency medical services. For an immediate threat or medical emergency, call 112 or the appropriate local emergency number.
