1. Scope and platform
This policy applies to Sevastu websites, customer and partner applications, hospital and diagnostics portals, support channels and appointment integrations. It covers customers, patients, nursing professionals, safety escorts, sample collectors, diagnostics centres, hospitals and authorised staff.
2. Information we collect
- Account and contact details including name, mobile number, email, gender, date of birth and language.
- Service address, PIN code and location coordinates used for availability, assignment, navigation and visit safety.
- Booking and patient details such as relationship, age, concern, allergies, prescription, selected tests and doctor appointment reason.
- Identity, qualification, licence, organisation and KYC documents submitted for verification.
- Booking status, OTP checkpoints, cash confirmation, support messages, ratings, audit records and device/network logs.
- Payment and refund references supplied by the authorised payment gateway. Sevastu does not store a customer’s complete card number, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
3. Doctor appointment data boundary
Sevastu processes the minimum information needed to search availability, request an appointment, display a token, show queue progress and communicate status or a doctor-advised follow-up date. Hospital clinical records, diagnosis, vitals and treatment records remain under the hospital’s control and are not displayed to the customer through the Sevastu appointment module unless a separate lawful feature is introduced.
4. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, verify users, locate available services, coordinate bookings, enable navigation and support, process payments or refunds, maintain service records, detect misuse and comply with legal obligations.
5. Sharing and processors
Only relevant information is shared with the assigned professional, safety escort, diagnostics centre, sample collector, hospital, payment gateway or authorised support personnel. Doctor availability, Sevastu-originated appointment status, token and queue data may pass through a hospital HMS connector. Service providers process information only for their assigned role.
6. Storage and security
Documents and reports may be held in private object storage and delivered through time-limited authorised links. Sevastu uses access controls, role permissions, audit logs and protected credentials. Users should protect OTPs and passwords and report suspected misuse immediately.
7. Retention, correction and deletion
Records are kept for service fulfilment, safety, dispute, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal requirements. Users may request correction or deletion through support. A request may be limited where retention is required for law, an active booking, payment, safety incident or dispute.
8. Children, dependants and emergencies
An adult or authorised caregiver must provide information for a dependent. Sevastu is not an emergency medical or emergency-response service. Call 112 or the appropriate emergency service for urgent assistance.
9. Contact
Privacy and grievance requests may be sent to info.sevastu@gmail.com, WhatsApp +91 93407 94136, or the Contact & Grievance page.
