1. Price display
Sevastu shows an itemised amount before the customer selects a payment method. No payment should be made unless the customer has reviewed the displayed total.
2. Home-care pricing
Home-care charges may be fixed per visit or calculated by selected units or hours. The payment summary can include service amount, platform charge, medicine amount added through the approved bill workflow and an applicable female-staff safety charge.
3. Diagnostics pricing
Each verified diagnostics centre sets prices for tests it offers. Customers can select multiple tests, review each selected test and see the platform charge and final total before confirming payment.
4. Taxes and gateway charges
Any applicable statutory tax or separately applicable charge will be disclosed in the payment summary. The amount shown at final confirmation is the booking amount payable through the selected method.
5. Partner earnings
Customer charges and partner net earnings are distinct. Partner or diagnostics payouts are calculated under the applicable commission and settlement rules shown in their account.
6. Price changes
Prices may change by service, diagnostics centre, area, duration and availability. A later price update does not alter an already confirmed paid amount unless the customer approves an additional bill, such as a permitted medicine purchase.
